Privacy Policy

Vukora is the controller of the personal data described here. You can contact us about privacy at office@vukora.si.

We only collect what you give us, such as when you write to us or fill in a form:

• Candidates: name, contact details, citizenship, the work you are looking for, your experience and, if you choose to share it, your CV.
• Employers: company name, contact person, contact details and the roles you need to fill.
• Everyone: the content of messages you send us.

Forms on this website currently prepare an email in your own email app. Nothing you type is sent to or stored by us until you send that email yourself.

• To answer your enquiry and assess your application or request.
• To introduce suitable candidates to employers, with the candidate’s knowledge.
• To help prepare employment and permit documents when you ask us to.
• To meet our legal obligations.

We process data with your consent, to take steps you request before entering into an agreement, and where the law requires it. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing that already took place.

We share a candidate’s details with an employer only for a specific role and only with the candidate’s knowledge. We may share data with public authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

We keep application data for as long as needed to find you suitable work, and delete it when you ask us to or when it is no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Write to office@vukora.si to use any of these rights.

You can also complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites.

We will update this page if the way we handle personal data changes, and show the date of the last update at the top.
